At Toil, our goal is to enable hard work and hard play.

We believe in the absolute benefit of hard work, both physical and mental, and we believe we must celebrate our work. But when the celebration is over, then we've got to do it all again. We don't believe there's an end to the cycle. Because the cycle is good. It makes us resilient, powerful, confident. It brings us together. Good luck on your journey. We hope to be right there with you, helping you TOIL. REVEL. REPEAT.

On a more personal level, Toil was started by a hardworking, hard playing couple from Salt Lake City. One a Leukemia survivor, the other a veteran, both into Jiu Jitsu, beers on the back patio, and camping with their rescued pit bulls.
